Streamline USA Just Promoted Our Business Partners!

Oprah Winfrey has said, “I’ve come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that’s as unique as a fingerprint – and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.” The secret to growth and excelling is hard work. At Streamline USA, we know that each individual has the ability to progress in wherever they are in life. There’s a certain point of confidence, focus and self-management it takes to be able to get further and lead others. “Recently at Streamline USA, we just promoted two of our assistant managers into their management roles. This is very exciting because we have seen them grow into strong and focused individuals. They will be perfect in their management roles because not only have they learned to be a leader, but they have a student mentality — no matter what they always want to keep learning and progressing; this is the only way that successful individuals go forward,” says Ben Streames of Streamline USA.

After working and training with them from the very start and beginning of their career in this industry, our CEO, Benjamin Streames, has been there beside them each step of the way along the entire journey. “I’ve watched these fellows progress and I have no doubt that they will do amazing in their management role,” says Ben Streames of Streamline USA. Along with growing, mentorship is also important for growth and reaching our full potential. “Sometimes individuals need mentorship to show them their possibilities in the future if they work hard,” says Ben Streames of Streamline International. According to Inc.com, by John Rampton, “10 Reasons Why a Mentor Is a Must” he writes “Mentors are disciplinarians that create necessary boundaries that we cannot set for ourselves. I experienced a lot of tough love from my mentor. He did this because he understood that being an entrepreneur can be challenging when it comes to self-motivation and self-discipline. He took on this role of parent to teach me good work habits and provided the boundaries for me to work within. This solidified my work ethic, sharpened my focus, (I really missed some important essentials), and clarified my priorities in a way that I could not do on my own.”

At Streamline, when it comes to progression and promotions, it’s important to remember the effect of hard work and mentorship together. Our representatives get insight from our CEO and this is why many of us can get experience from him. This is also a huge contributor in helping our two assistant managers progress also: strong mentorship and hard work. “These two combinations always make the best leaders. We know that the future holds great things for anyone working hard and striving to succeed,” says Ben Streames of Streamline USA.
